Disney Cosplay Bucketlist

There's something about dressing up and pretending to be someone you not which just inspires creation and adventure.

As you may know, I'm attending Comic Con at the end of this week on the Saturday the 28th and Sunday the 29th, and you can bet your little cotton socks I'll look nothing the usual. Yes, that right I've made a cosplay. 

This year, on the Saturday I'll be cosplaying as Belle from 'Beauty and the Beast' with a romantic-gothic twist, and on the Sunday I'll be Disney-Bounding as Eve from 'Walle'. It's safe to say, I am very excited. I'll be attending the Disney Cosplay Meet Up on both days, so if you see me, come and say hi!

Although this year is some what planned out, I do have some cosplay's I'm simply dying to create! 

Coming in at
NUMBER THREE
we have Maximus!
Nah! I'm just kidding, it's Rapunzel. As many of you are sure to know Tangled my favourite Disney film of all time and I have once before cosplayed as Rapunzel. However I did sneakily buy my dress online as back then I had no time to make one and I was very lazy... Alas, I wish to try again, this time I shall not bring myself to shame. 
Maybe even find myself a ruggish thief to dress up as a certain Eugene Fitzherbert... 
*cough-cough-hint-hint*

Coming in at
 NUMBER TWO
we have Megara!
One of Disney's most sassiest females with such luscious locks. To cosplay Meg would be just a massive task and a majestic honour. Alas "giving up is for rookies" and I'm not a rookie. Maybe along with this cosplay I could also have a Wonderboy to my side? *insert suggestive face*

Finally coming in at 
NUMBER ONE
we have Giselle!
Oh, I've been dreaming of a true loves stitch, and a dress I'm hoping comes with this!
That's right, I'm hoping to cosplay Giselle's 'curtain dress' from the film Enchanted. It's just so summery and Giselle's happy bubbly character, proves there can be happily ever after in a world of such dark realities!

Here they are! My top three Disney Cosplay Bucketlists for 2016, hopefully if all goes to plan I may get to cosplay one of these for Comic Con in October... I mean, that's a lot of sewing and singing...

Disney CEP Pre-Screen Advice | Interview No.1

Well, hi-hey-hello there friends, it's another sunny Saturday and I'm here yet again to sprinkle some Disney magic into your day!  Now, I am assuming you're here because similarly to my previous posts, you wanna work at Disney World, correct? Within this blog post, I'll be telling you my tales of attending two different Pre-Screen Interviews; being rejected and accepted.  We're gonna travel back in time to September 2016, my first Pre-Screen interview.  I was invited to my first pre-screen on the Tuesday 27th September 2016. The event takes place in Epping, in Essex though you can travel there on the Central Line from London. It comprised of a presentation, then a group interview. 'The Black Pearl' Candle by Maple & Whisky

"Yo ho, yo ho - a pirates life for me..." Ever since I was little, my favourite ride has always been the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in Disneyland Paris. I've been obsessed with the franchise since I was about nine, when I was given all the films for Christmas.  When I heard a Etsy shop by the name of Maple and Whisky were creating Disney-inspired candles, I jumped at the chance to purchase one.  And so I did! I decided to treat myself to their newest candle, The Black Pearl . As pictured above, I bought myself the smaller addition in the 8oz jar (larger being 12oz) for only £8.30. All candles are handmade to order, and the company gives you the option of two different wicks and waxes.  I got mine custom made with a woodwick and a paraffin soy blend wax.
