Location & Housing Reveal!

Well, hi-hey-hello there friends!


IT'S ONLY FIVE DAYS TILL I MOVE INTO DISNEY HOUSING! 

Oh my gosh what, since when did that creep up on us like wowweee! 

As I'm sure you're all aware from the title of this blog post, today I'm going to be talking a bit about my role location on the program and where I'll be working!

Yesterday I got a very exciting email confirming my location and housing for the program... And I'm sure if you follow me on social media, you'll know by now, but...

As I'm sure you're all aware, my role for this program is within Attractions, so you'll see me hanging out on rides and ensuring your safety! However, I can confirm that within the Magic Kingdom, I'll be working in Adventureland and Liberty Square! 

I'm so happy with my location, I couldn't think of a better place to share the magic!

I'm hoping to pick up some parade shifts too!

As for housing... 

Now, do not take this in a bad way, but, Patterson Court was actually my least favourite housing complex... For one reason only, I'm lazy and it doesn't have a bus stop... But I'm changing my ways, and I'm giving my Sweet Patty a chance! 

Due to the fact I had no interest in the complex, it's actually the one I know least about! What I do know is that it'll be the newest complex, the quietest at that, and I'll be getting extra steps in everyday before and after work! I will be in a under-21 apartment as well so hopefully I'll be able to save money on certain beverages! 

I'm excited to find out more about my Sweet Patty - which I will from now on refer to it as. 

Hopefully when I arrive I'll be able to show you around my work home and my bed home!

Disney CEP Pre-Screen Advice | Interview No.1

Well, hi-hey-hello there friends, it's another sunny Saturday and I'm here yet again to sprinkle some Disney magic into your day!  Now, I am assuming you're here because similarly to my previous posts, you wanna work at Disney World, correct? Within this blog post, I'll be telling you my tales of attending two different Pre-Screen Interviews; being rejected and accepted.  We're gonna travel back in time to September 2016, my first Pre-Screen interview.  I was invited to my first pre-screen on the Tuesday 27th September 2016. 'The Black Pearl' Candle by Maple & Whisky

"Yo ho, yo ho - a pirates life for me..." Ever since I was little, my favourite ride has always been the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in Disneyland Paris. I've been obsessed with the franchise since I was about nine, when I was given all the films for Christmas.  When I heard a Etsy shop by the name of Maple and Whisky were creating Disney-inspired candles, I jumped at the chance to purchase one.  And so I did! I decided to treat myself to their newest candle, The Black Pearl . As pictured above, I bought myself the smaller addition in the 8oz jar (larger being 12oz) for only £8.30. All candles are handmade to order, and the company gives you the option of two different wicks and waxes.  I got mine custom made with a woodwick and a paraffin soy blend wax.
