Lush Products of 2016

Hello there my little dreamers!

Today I fancied telling you all about my favourite Lush products of 2016. As some of you may know, I’m an ex-Lush employee, I use to work as a Sales Assistant on Oxford Street, and I loved my job. I can’t wait for the day when I put my apron on again!

Being a Lushie, I have had a year full of amazing products, I thought I’d tell you a bit more about my top five favourite products.

Salted Coconut
We’re going to start off with Salted Coconut hand scrub. When I worked at  Lush, this was the first thing I grabbed when giving a customer a hand treatment. It’s so exfoliating, brilliant for dry hands. I found it so helpful when I was working with strong chemicals and my hands were broken and dry. It’s a miracle worker, also great for achy feet!

Brazened Honey
Secondly, we’ll jump in with one of my favourite fresh face masks; Brazened Honey. First time I came across this product was again at Oxford Street, and the smell, was an interesting one to say the least. But never have I loved a facemask more. Its lightly exfoliating, but at the same time very moisturising from the honey and crushed almonds. My skin feels as soft as a baby’s bottom.
Vegetarian Stamp of Approval

Love and Light
Now this next one goes hand in hand with Salted Coconut, and that is Love and Light Hand Cream. This gorgeous product is full of orange blossom and neroli, making it a very fragrant and soothing smell, as well as softening to the skin.
Vegan Stamp of Approval

Twilight Shower Gel
This next one, you may recognise, is Twilight Shower Gel. Yes, this one is a very special exclusive product to Christmas. With the same calming scent as the bath bomb, it’ll send you sound to sleep. Plus, it’s gorgeous purple colour, I just wish it was a sparkly shower cream!
Vegan Stamp of Approval

Magical Moringa
And finally, a product I seem to use daily at the moment, Magical Moringa. One of my colleagues at Oxford Street kept raving about the wonders of this product, and upon using it for myself I fell in love. This product is filled with moringa oil, argan oil, fair trade organic cocoa butter and many other gorgeous oils, it’s incredibly moisturising, especially against the cold weather.
Vegan Stamp of Approval

And so, this has been my top five favourite Lush products of 2016. Obviously with my new Vegan diet for January, I won’t be able to use Brazened Honey, but if you guys are interested, I’ll be back with some vegan substitutes!

If you have any questions, or suggestions for future blog posts, my ears are open. You can leave a comment down below or leave me a message on one of my social medias.

See you all soon.

  1. I'd never seen the coconut hand scrub before but it really looks like the saviour I need in life right now! Must check it out, thanks for the recommendation :)
