Comic Con, Cosplay & Disneyland

Hello there my little dreamers!

Long time, no see... Am I right? I'm so sorry for taking my time to get back to you all. I've been super busy working, studying and well, adventuring!

I guess the question is, what's happened since February - seems so long ago! Let me tell you, quite a few things... Shall we start at the beginning?

I finished my second year of University - yay! I've completed second year with a 2:1 and a grade of 63 overall. I'm very happy with this, I worked so hard this year to get this grade, and hopefully, I'll work even harder next year to maintain it. Speaking of next year... I chose my modules for my final year and they are: Dissertation; Work Placement; Visual Research; Internet, Democracy & Society; The Modern Vampire; and Japanese. Yep, you heard me, I've decided to learn Japanese... If you want to follow my Japanese Journey, I've started a little series on my YouTube channel!

Next up... Comic Con! My last blog post was my cosplay update. As I'm sure you're all aware, I cosplayed as Aurora from Disney's 'Sleeping Beauty' at this year's May Comic Con. It wasn't my best piece of work... Hence why there's only one photo of it. However, I can now tick it off my cosplay bucketlist! I really want to get into more cosplay related things and making my cosplays bigger and better, because of this, expect more Cosplay Diaries!

We're almost there.

Finally, the last thing that's kept me from my blogging duties... From the 1st to 4th June, I was in Disneyland Paris  with my boyfriend, and it was AMAZING! If you fancy seeing what we got up to, I vlogged the entire trip and you can find a playlist to the videos HERE! We also spent the 5th in Paris' itself, and it was amazing, we saw the Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triumph, Moulin Rouge, adventured around Mon Matre, and so much more!

In between all that I've been working twenty-four hours a week, keeping up-to-date with my YouTube channel (I'm currently uploading up to three videos a week!) and slowing moving all my things home as my tenancy comes to an end.

However, as July is just around the corner, as is Camp NaNoWriMo. I took part in National Novel Writing Month back in November 2016 - it didn't go to plan... However, inspired by fellow blogger Nic Ooh La La, I'm going to be taking part in Camp NaNoWriMo to motivate myself to get back into blogging. Each day I'm going to aim to write 1,500 words (one blog post) and they'll be released every Monday all the way through to January 2018. So you're all in for a treat!

Until then, thank you for reading this little rambling, I hope you enjoy learning about my adventures. Hopefully there will be more to come!

Catch you all next time...
~ Ellen ~
